Successes and innovations at Exorigo-Upos, or a summary of activities in 2024

2024 has been a year full of success and innovation for Exorigo-Upos. Our company has constantly developed its competencies, introduced new technological solutions and implemented ambitious projects. So it’s time to share the results of our work and congratulate all those who have contributed to them.

Solutions for payment services

Our proprietary Eurocard EFT solution was the first in Poland to obtain the PCI P2PE certificate. Our Cloud EFT handles over 10% of card traffic in Poland and cooperates with key acquirers, offering comprehensive service throughout the country.

Field and on-site service

We have a team of 400 experts who operate 110 different types of equipment and carry out work such as maintenance, hardware repair, migration, and software and infrastructure installations. We provide our maintenance services in 14 countries in Europe, and 22 Service Offices located in Poland enable efficient access of Service Technicians to any location in the country.

Implementation projects

Exorigo-Upos is responsible for nationwide implementation projects and openings for large retail chains and convenience stores. The scope of work includes preparing the necessary software and hardware, installing, configuring, and training in the use of devices. We also disassemble and replace hardware, backup data, and configure a new hardware platform.

Modern solutions for sales

Exorigo-Upos implements comprehensive projects related to servicing our clients throughout the sales process and legislative changes related to fiscalization, e-invoicing, and e-receipts.

We implement Adobe Commerce and PIM systems

We launch stores based on Adobe Commerce Magento for many Polish brands and provide our customers with ongoing support services. We also provide operational stability and business consulting in the field of system development. We integrate PIM systems with e-commerce, particularly with Adobe (Magento).

We have a proprietary cloud solution ExoCloud

We constantly invest in modern technological solutions, increasing the efficiency and security of our systems. Our cloud solution has been implemented and is already being used by the first companies, which allows us to collect valuable feedback.

The SCM team implements new projects, constantly improving the quality of services

Last year, our team successfully completed 120 different projects, providing solutions tailored to customers’ needs. Our priority was consistently high service quality. We actively expanded our competencies, taking on new challenges and expanding the scope of work.

Summary

The year 2024 was a time of dynamic development and implementation of many new projects for Exorigo-Upos. Our innovative solutions, competent team and commitment to technology development have allowed us to achieve numerous successes. We are all the more pleased that we can boast of very high results of the Satisfaction Survey – as many as 81 per cent. Customers who participated in the annual survey are very satisfied with our cooperation. We very much appreciate the opportunity to work for such a dynamic, innovative sector as retail. We invariably implement our mission: to provide more convenient and safer shopping to our customers’ customers.
